Scope
These terms concern use of the Daira Sabz group website. The legally separate German and Afghan operators are identified in the Imprint. Consulting, engineering, studies, training and other paid services are governed by the agreement with the named contracting entity. Browsing the website or sending an enquiry does not itself create a service contract.
Website information
Website material provides general information about services, experience and research. It is not a project-specific engineering design, investment recommendation or legal opinion. Decisions requiring professional assessment should be based on a separate assignment and the relevant site and regulatory circumstances.
Permitted use
You may browse and link to public pages for lawful purposes. Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the website, submit unlawful or malicious material, or misuse personal information. Provide accurate and relevant information when contacting us.
