Updated: 12 October 2026
This notice explains the handling of personal information on the Daira Sabz group website and its enquiry, subscription and application forms.
Website operators and privacy contact
The German and Afghan companies listed in the Imprint operate the group website under shared leadership. They remain legally separate entities. For privacy requests, contact stuttgart@dairasabz.com or info@dairasabz.com. The German office is the contact point for coordinating website privacy enquiries. You may also exercise applicable rights with the entity responsible for the processing concerned.
Information and purposes
- Website access: technical information such as IP address, request time, requested pages and browser information may be processed to deliver the website, maintain security and investigate faults.
- Enquiries and training: names, contact details, organisation, enquiry topic, messages and submitted documents are used to respond, assess an assignment or arrange participation.
- Applications and expert registration: contact details, qualifications, experience, CVs and other submitted information are used to assess applications and communicate about relevant opportunities.
- Newsletter: the email address submitted for a subscription is used for the requested communications. Consent can be withdrawn by contacting either privacy email above.
Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry or application. Required fields are identified in the forms; without the necessary information we may not be able to process a request.
Legal grounds
Where the GDPR applies, processing relies on Article 6(1)(b) for steps requested before a contract or contract performance, Article 6(1)(a) for consent-based subscriptions and optional technologies, Article 6(1)(f) for legitimate interests in operating a secure website and responding to general business communications, and Article 6(1)(c) where a legal obligation requires processing. Employment applications are also subject to applicable employment-data rules. Cookie or device-storage requirements are considered separately from the legal ground for processing personal data.
Hosting, recipients and international processing
The website uses Bluehost for hosting. Hosting, maintenance and communication providers may process information necessary for their services. Relevant staff in the German and Afghan entities may handle enquiries according to their subject and the assignment concerned. Authorities or professional advisers may receive information where legally required or necessary for a specific matter.
Afghanistan is outside the EU/EEA. Bluehost’s provider privacy notice also describes processing in countries including the United States. The actual hosting location and the arrangements applicable to access or transfers between the two companies must be confirmed for this website. This notice does not assert that an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another transfer mechanism is already in place. Contact the German office for information about recipients, locations and the safeguards applicable to your information.
Retention
Retention depends on the purpose: enquiries and applications are kept while needed for handling and relevant follow-up; subscription information while the subscription is maintained; technical data while necessary for operation, security and incident investigation. Longer retention may be required by statutory record-keeping duties or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. The applicable duration depends on the purpose and relevant legal obligations.
Cookies and cookie settings
The current website uses first-party storage for session security and for recording cookie choices. The current storage items are:
- XSRF-TOKEN: protection against forged form requests; the current response sets a lifetime of 7,200 seconds.
- daira-sabz-session: session functionality; the current response sets a lifetime of 7,200 seconds.
- ds_cookie_consent: browser local storage containing consent categories, an identifier, date and notice version. It has no fixed automatic expiry in the current implementation and remains until cleared or superseded.
Open Cookie settings in the footer to revisit your selection. The controls offer necessary storage, preferences, statistics and marketing categories, with options to allow only necessary storage or save a selection. The presence of a category does not mean that a particular analytics or advertising service is active. Optional device storage requires consent where applicable; strictly necessary storage may fall within the exception in §25(2) TDDDG. You can also clear stored data through your browser. Changes affect future use and do not retrospectively undo earlier processing.
External platforms
Following a link to YouTube, social media or Microsoft Forms opens a separate provider’s service. Its privacy notice applies to its own processing. Any future embedded services need to be assessed separately before activation.
Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and data portability; object to processing based on legitimate interests; and withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier consent-based processing. You may complain to a competent supervisory authority, including the Baden-Württemberg data protection authority for matters involving the German entity. Appropriate identity verification may be needed before disclosing personal information.
Updates
This notice will be updated when the website’s services, providers or processing arrangements change.
